INFORMATION DESK
At Amana Manpower Pvt. Ltd., we offer a dedicated Information Services Desk to provide clients and candidates with comprehensive assistance and guidance. Here, clients can obtain any relevant information, register with our company, and access our well-maintained data bank. This system enables us to keep job seekers’ records up-to-date and accessible. Our Bio-data Bank holds individual profiles and information on all candidates, which we can promptly provide upon request, ensuring our valued employers have access to a ready pool of talent.
COMMUNICATION
Our company is fully computerized and networked, enabling streamlined communication across all departments to offer prompt and reliable service to our clients. Our staff is always prepared to assist clients with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions are smooth and productive.
ADVERTISEMENT IN DAILY NEWSPAPERS
Once Amana Manpower Pvt. Ltd. applies for authorization from the Department of Labor in Nepal, the Department of Foreign Employment assesses the demand’s credibility and verifies that terms align with government regulations. Upon approval, we are granted permission to advertise recruitment needs in local and national newspapers, officially launching the recruitment process in full compliance with regulatory standards.
CANDIDATE SELECTION
We maintain a well-organized data bank containing information on candidates’ skills, qualifications, and experience. This allows us to swiftly identify suitable candidates when needed. Additionally, advertising enables more candidates to apply, increasing the pool of applicants. After pre-screening, shortlisted candidates undergo final interviews conducted by the employer, their representative, or our selection team, ensuring that all selections are merit-based. Our goal is to provide employers with skilled and reputable personnel who will meet their needs effectively. The Amana Manpower team conducts pre-interviews as an additional layer of screening for shortlisted candidates.
TRADE TESTING
For skilled roles, practical trade testing is conducted at technical training institutes. Employers may also opt to conduct their own interviews and practical assessments. During these trade tests, our selection committee carefully observes candidates’ abilities, ensuring they are capable of performing their respective roles to meet employer expectations.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Only those candidates who pass the selection process are sent to authorized medical facilities for comprehensive health evaluations. Candidates who meet the necessary medical and physical standards are then eligible to sign employment contracts, assuring employers that their future employees are fit for work.
ORIENTATION PROGRAM
Before departure, selected workers attend an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the employer, the country’s legal and labor requirements, and work expectations. This program helps employees understand the importance of adhering to workplace guidelines, building mutual respect, and contributing positively to their roles. Orientation sessions also emphasize the importance of cultural sensitivity, workplace ethics, and employee responsibilities.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
We manage all travel arrangements for selected candidates. This includes coordinating visa endorsements, passports, and flight confirmations to ensure a smooth journey from Nepal to the employer’s location. Any airline arrangements, including Prepaid Ticket Advices (PTA), are handled efficiently, so candidates arrive at their destination ready to begin their new roles.
